About Us: Eagle Wings & More is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team to represent Eagle Wings & More, a premier Ultimate Tribute act. We specialize in providing high-quality musical experiences for Theaters, Performing Arts Centers (PAC’s), Festivals, Casinos, and Corporate Events. Role Description We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to actively seek, negotiate, and secure bookings for thd upcoming concert season. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with talent buyers, casino entertainment directors, festival producers, and promoters. Key Responsibilities:Generate Bookings: Actively pitch and secure bookings for “Eagle Wings & More” at theaters, casinos, festivals, corporate events, and performing arts centers.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with venue talent buyers, and event planners. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, performance fees, and technical rider requirements. Sales Strategy: Develop promotional strategies to reach target venues and increase brand awareness. Liaise with Management: Coordinate with Love Productions Inc management regarding tour dates, availability, and scheduling. Qualifications</li>Proven experience in entertainment booking, sales, or talent agency representation. Strong understanding of the casino, theater, and corporate event markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.
