Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Conviva Senior Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking a Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician for our clinic in Corpus Christi, TX.You have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.A day in the life of a Conviva physicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; no weekends, and 8 paid holidays offFlexible schedule available, if neededJoin an experienced team with two Advanced Practitioners and a Care TeamSee 12-15 patients per day.
