Retail Sales Rep / Delivery Driver

This is a hybrid position that also entails loading and unloading material from a delivery truck, driving safely, and ensuring both store and customers' orders are fulfilled in a detailed, timely manner. Duties, Responsibilities, & Basic Qualifications: Ability to be an effective team member Use your people skills to provide an exceptional customer experience Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns Work with the Retail team to keep store areas fully stocked and organized. Cycle counts materials on hand Ability to organize workload for maximum effectiveness. Ability to take ownership of, and focus on critical initiatives Strong detail orientation and understanding of safe work processes and procedures Computer experience is a plus as you will use our point-of-sale software to quote, order, track, and fulfill customer needs Strap down and maintain quality control and to organize workload for maximum effectiveness on a pickup truck with rack Represent the company in a customer-friendly and positive manner No recent moving or driving violations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) Ability to lift objects up to 75lbs several times throughout the day Prior metal knowledge is not required, we will teach you!
