Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Avon, IN for a Maintenance Technician. The primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, conducting preventive maintenance procedures, and ensuring the efficient operation of building systems and machinery. The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with team members to address maintenance needs and maintain a safe, functional environment throughout the school facilities. Qualifications Experience in HVAC Equipment Maintenance and TroubleshootingKnowledge of Preventive Maintenance proceduresSkills in Maintenance & Repair of building systems and machineryProficiency in Industrial Maintenance tasksStrong problem-solving and technical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plusPrevious experience in a similar role, particularly in an educational or institutional setting, is advantageous
