Business Analyst

They are known to respect a traditional work week and often extend contracts for added job security and stability.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business needs into detailed technical requirements, system specifications, and workflows. The role requires strong documentation skills, hands-on support for system and integration testing, and participation in risk engineering activities to support Authorizations to Operate (ATOs).Key ResponsibilitiesElicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements from stakeholders (Compliance, Legal, Channel Owners, Business Units).Translate requirements into technical specifications, user storiesCreate and maintain requirements traceability matrices and acceptance criteria.Produce and execute system, integration, and user acceptance test plans and test cases; coordinate testing and defect triage.Support risk and security teams by producing evidence and documentation required for ATOs, including control mappings, test results, and runbooks.Maintain knowledge-base and operational documentation Facilitate demos and stakeholder communications.Support release activities, post-deployment validations. Open and track vendor support tickets for issues and follow-ups.Position OverviewTechnical BA (leans functional) supporting e-communications archival/supervision (email/Slack/Zoom chats, webinars, AI companion integrations). Capture/validate functional/non-functional reqs, write user stories/acceptance criteria, support UAT/testing.
