Your expertise ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and keeps operations safe and efficient.A Day in the LifeYou'll be hands-on with cutting-edge equipment and responsible for:Installing wiring, conduit, and electrical systems for industrial machinery (including conveyors, robots, and PLCs)Connecting and testing power systems and machine componentsDiagnosing and repairing electrical issues in motors, transformers, relays, and control systemsProgramming and troubleshooting programmable controllers (PLCs)Inspecting systems for compliance with electrical codes and safety standardsReplacing or repairing faulty electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic componentsCollaborating with maintenance teams to resolve equipment malfunctionsPlanning and executing wiring layouts for new and existing systemsWhat You BringRequired Qualifications:Valid Master Electrician LicenseTechnical school degree OR 4–10 years of related industrial electrical experienceStrong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial equipmentAbility to read technical documents, schematics, and blueprintsSolid math, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working with MSDS and handling hazardous materialsStrong communication skills in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience as a Machine OperatorExperience using measuring tools (tape measures, gauges, etc.)Familiarity with basic hand tools and mechanical systemsWork Environment & Physical DemandsLift up to 30 lbs. regularlyPerform repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterityStand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shiftWork in environments with noise, dust, grease, and oilsMust have good vision (near/far) and hearing (aids permitted)Consistent attendance is essentialWhy Join Us?Competitive Pay: 31.29 – 33.00/hr.
