Handle complex data requests, reports, and predictive data modeling.Analyze health management programs including: data collection, validation and outcome measurementFinancial, pharmacy, claims, provider, and member dataInternal data cleansing and data reconciliation analysisTrend analysis in various functional areas of health care managementCreate and generate reports through MS-Excel, MS-Access, and SQLProduce reports for and interface with senior management and internal and external stakeholdersGather and interpret business requirements and monitor data trends to proactively identify issuesExecute data changes and update core systems as neededHandle multiple projects and timelines effectively and communicate risks and issues to manager regularlyAssist with training lower level Data AnalystsPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsTravel to Tampa, FL once a quarterEducation/Experience: Bachelor’s degree’s related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
