Key Details: Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only (No Call) Practice Setting: Outpatient Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EMR System: Epic Responsibilities: Patient Volume: The provider will be responsible for seeing a minimum of 18 patients per day. Patient Mix: Includes both pediatric and adult patients; Internal Medicine (IM) only providers will also be considered. Chronic Pain Management: Some experience with chronic pain management is required. Chart Closure: Ensure all charts are closed within 72 hours of patient encounters. Qualifications: Board Certification: Candidates must be Board-Certified in Family Practice or related fields. Board-Eligible candidates will be considered if within five years of residency. Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Licensing Requirements: Must hold an active California medical license. No reimbursement for licensing costs. DEA License: An active DEA license is required before the start of the assignment. Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated at 30-45 days.
