Job DescriptionThe top heavy civil contractor in the Milwaukee area is looking to solidify their accounting department by adding a Controller to their team!This group has a great reputation in the market for being a "Top Place to Work", including strong benefits and former Top ENR leadership.Controller RequirementsAccounting or Business related degree requiredCPA or CMA required5+10+ years in accounting experience, within construction industry preferred but not requiredTech skills: Proficiency in ERP, Vista, advanced Excel and financial modelingStrong understanding of construction accounting principles, Work-in-Progress accounting, job costing, and revenue recognitionMentor and supervise other accounting staffOversee AP/AR/general ledger maintenanceManage financial reporting (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and financial statementsAbout the Company50+ years in the industryFormer Top ENR leadershipStrong benefits, including 100% healthcare coverageGreat culture, Recipient of "Top Place to Work"If you are interested in this Controller position in the Milwaukee area, please apply!
