Role Description The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer communications to deliver exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves assisting with orders, providing product information, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kennesaw, GA. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer SatisfactionProficiency in delivering excellent Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of customer retentionProfessional Phone Etiquette and effective communication skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with order management and supply chain processes is a plusProficiency in relevant software systems and toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
