Role Description The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer communications to deliver exceptional service and support. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role also involves assisting with orders, providing product information, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kennesaw, GA.
