Program ManagerLocation: Cleveland, Ohio Tax Term (W2, C2C): W2/C2CWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in mortgage operations to lead and coordinate complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience in mortgage processing, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Empower loan origination system. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive successful program delivery and support ongoing operational excellence.Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and execute multiple mortgage-related projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Oversee project teams, delegate tasks, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders including IT, operations, compliance, and external partners.Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and proactively address risks and issues.Drive process improvements and implement best practices in mortgage operations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Serve as the subject matter expert for mortgage workflows, regulatory guidelines, and Empower platform capabilities.Prepare and present regular status reports, performance metrics, and executive updates to senior management.Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards and comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RESPA, TRID, HMDA).Facilitate training and change management initiatives to support new systems, processes, and regulatory changes.Empower Platform Knowledge Preferred
