OverviewThe Head of Medical Services is the senior clinical leader responsible for the overall direction, performance, and development of 360's medical service line. This role oversees the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered medical care across all wellness center locations, within a concierge, multidisciplinary care model.The Head of Medical Services provides leadership across clinical, operational, and strategic domains, working closely with executive leadership and service line leaders to support program growth, ensure clinical excellence, and maintain alignment with organizational goals.This role will collaborate closely with the Associate Head of Medical Services and broader clinical leadership team to support both the day-to-day delivery of care and the long-term evolution of the medical program.Primary ResponsibilitiesMedical Leadership & OversightProvide overall leadership of the medical service line across all wellness centersEstablish and maintain standards for clinical care, ensuring consistency, quality, and patient safetyServe as a senior clinical resource for complex or high-risk cases as neededSupport a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and accountabilityClinical Strategy & Medical Program DevelopmentLead the development and evolution of medical program, services, and care modelsIdentify opportunities to expand and enhance medical offerings in alignment with client needs and organizational growthPartner with leadership on new business opportunities and medical program designSupport innovation in medical care delivery within a concierge modelClinical Governance, Quality & ComplainceOversee clinical policies, protocols, and best practices across the medical service lineEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, clinical standards, and internal policiesSupport audit readiness and participate in clinical reviews, including external auditsMonitor clinical quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesProvider Leadership & Team DevelopmentProvide leadership and oversight of the medical provider team in partnership with the Associate Head of Medical ServicesSupport provider development, mentorship, and performance managementCollaborate on onboarding, training, and ongoing education of providersFoster a cohesive, high-performing clinical team environmentOperational PartnershipPartner closely with the Head of Clinical Operations & Strategy to align clinical care delivery with operational systems and workflowsSupport decisions related to staffing models, scheduling structures, and capacity planningCollaborate to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care across all sitesCross-Service Line CollaborationWork collaboratively with MSK and Mental Health leadership to support integrated, multidisciplinary carePromote alignment across service lines to enhance patient outcomes and experienceMay maintain a limited clinical schedule, based on organizational needs and role focusClinical ResponsibilitiesLeadership Structure & CollaborationServes as the senior leader of the medical service lineWorks closely with the Associate Head of Medical Services, who supports provider oversight, clinical operations, and care delivery across sitesPartners with the Head of Clinical Operations & Strategy and other service line leadersQualificationsMD or DO requiredBoard certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related fieldDemonstrated experience (5+ years) in clinical leadership or program developmentStrong understanding of outpatient care delivery modelsExperience working in multidisciplinary or integrated care environments preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
