Girls’ Soccer Head CoachHouston Christian High SchoolHouston Christian High School (HCHS), a member of the Southwest Preparatory Conference (SPC), seeks qualified applicants for the position of Girls’ Soccer Head Coach.Position OverviewType: Part-time, seasonal (stipend-based).Flexibility: Potential to combine with a full-time opening for the right candidate.Schedule: Requires after-school, evening, and weekend hours.Reporting: Reports directly to the Athletic Director.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall program operations, both in and out of season.Develop a highly competitive program and successfully recruit middle school players.Supervise, evaluate, and develop assistant coaches.Manage program budgets and activities in coordination with the Athletic Director.Foster sportsmanship and character, serving as a Christian role model for student-athletes.Support the philosophy of the multi-sport athlete.Minimum RequirementsExperience: Minimum of five years of coaching experience preferred.Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Knowledge: Broad understanding of Girls’ Soccer operations and SPC/HC athletic policies.Skills: Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.Faith: Maintain an active Christian faith that exemplifies the HC mission and serves as a role model.How to ApplyPlease submit the following materials to hr@houstonchristian.org:Completed Houston Christian Professional Application (available at www.houstonchristian.org/careers)Cover Letter highlighting your coaching experience and your vision for the program.Current Resume.Contact HR: hr@houstonchristian.orgHouston Christian High School is a Religious Organization as defined by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and accordingly reserves the right to employ persons who profess a Christian faith.
