This role drives enterprise optimization, translates business needs into technical solutions, and ensures alignment with IT strategies and roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesLead preparation of domain architecture viewpoints/models (current, target, interim states)Identify pain points & opportunities, create reusable domain patternsDrive design, engineering, and implementation of solution assetsCollaborate with stakeholders to maximize architecture impactLead vendor evaluations, RFIs/RFPs, and domain assessmentsResearch emerging trends, enhance architecture frameworks & toolsPresent high-level design concepts to VP+ stakeholders with strong business acumenRequired Skills8+ years as a Solution ArchitectHealthcare Insurance/Payor domain expertise (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits)Strong tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, API/Web Services, Angular/UI, DB2, AWS CloudSAFE/Agile framework experienceAbility to translate business strategies into technical solutionsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsLeadership ability to coach and develop architects/engineers Big PlusMainframe technologiesExposure to AI/ML
