Nyle Water Heating System’s manufacturing and design operations are located in Bangor, Maine. This is not a remote position.
Job Description:
We looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. This job follows projects from sales through production. You will be working on multiple projects in parallel, providing variety and significant opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Support continuous improvement initiatives including value engineering, design considerations, and quality improvements.
Working with the Product Mangers and Engineering Team to design, model, and test industry leading new product development projects.
Working within the Engineering Team to develop manufacturing BOMs, schematics, and assembly instructions for production model builds.

Job Requirements and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar; GPA 3.0 or better.
Experience with SolidWorks (or similar CAD software).
Entrepreneurial attitude, results driven and high energy.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred.
Team player who is a self-starter.
Based in Bangor, ME.
