The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, maritime and commercial litigation.They are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Litigation Attorney to join their team and take on the exciting challenge of managing a substantial caseload. In this role you will handle cases with minimal supervision, have significant experience with the litigation process, handling discovery, motion practice and depositions. The ideal candidate will have 6 or more years of litigation experience in commercial litigation or insurance defense. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks including drafting legal documents, facilitating the discovery process, and conducting thorough legal research. The role is hybrid in Miami, FL.
