Polished Concrete Flooring Technician

We will train you and pay more than the typical minimum wage to get started. Located in North Georgia. TriPac installs polished concrete and epoxy floors utilizing specialty equipment. Looking for individuals interested in building a career in the construction industry. Openings are available for entry-level, and journeyman. There is room for growth within our company! Commercial Construction environment, experience preferred but not required, wages commensurate with experience. Must be reliable and have transportation. Some travel and/or weekends/night work required. Job description: Our Concrete polishers are critical members of our team. They’re responsible for running our polishing equipment to create the top-notch concrete flooring solution that our customers have come to expect. This position is essential to the successful running of our company and you will become a key team member. This position includes: Use of our grinding/polishing equipment to create a finished polish surface or apply resinous coatings Managing your work tasks and time according to job specifications Completing hands-on, technical, yet artisan projects Working in conjunction with other team technicians and support personnel Problem solving and troubleshooting Requirements Applicants must hold a regular driving license and be able to arrive on the job on time. Applicants must be able to work some weekends on a rotation schedule. Applicants must be able to travel as needed for various jobs. Applicants must have a warm, friendly, service-oriented personality. Applicants must be high energy: this is a busy hands-on job! Applicants must be self-motivated, hardworking, advancement-oriented.
