Shift: 1st Pay: $18.71 Location: Neenah WHAT YOU'LL DO * Look over customer orders and specs before you get started. * Take care of everything press-related — installing punches, knives, extra unit punches. * Set up and run the press, tweaking things as you go so quality stays on point and nothing drifts from spec. * Hit your production targets: get the press set up quickly and keep it running at the yield needed to stay on schedule. * Package up the product the way each customer order calls for. * Keep your work area safe and tidy, and stay on top of daily maintenance on the press. * Follow safety procedures * Share ideas and help train others to make the pressroom run smoother. * Be open to learning other areas of the shop. * Pitch in on other tasks as they come up. WHAT YOU'LL NEED * You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone looking over your shoulder. * You're mechanically minded and can troubleshoot equipment or make adjustments on the fly. * You're comfortable with numbers — figuring out box/carton/skid counts, overrun percentages, stock measurements, etc. * You can lift up to 50 lbs without an issue. #IND7
