Front Office Coordinator
A well-established professional services company is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to support their busy administrative team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping an office running smoothly.You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, helping create a welcoming and professional environment while assisting with day-to-day office and administrative needs. This role also offers the opportunity to learn additional industry-specific processes over time, with training provided.Compensation: $24/hrAvailability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Duration: Open-ended contract with potential for conversion.DUTIESAnswer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional mannerGreet visitors and clients warmly and notify appropriate team members upon arrivalAssist with scheduling appointments and coordinating office calendars as neededManage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document distributionKeep reception, lobby, and conference areas clean, organized, and well-stockedOrder and maintain office supplies, refreshments, and related materialsAssist with mailings, document preparation, filing, scanning, and special projectsProvide general administrative support to the team as neededMaintain reliable attendance and punctualityQUALIFICATIONSExperience in customer service, reception, clerical, office, or administrative supportFriendly, positive, and professional demeanorReliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendanceStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganized, dependable, and detail-orientedComfortable using Microsoft Office and basic office technologyWillingness to learn new processes and support a team-oriented environmentCampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
