Seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to join the team to support the firm operations.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide general administrative support to the teamManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointmentAssist with booking travel arrangementsPrepare and organize reports and documentsProcess and organize expense reportsManaging mail and deliveries; running occasional local errandsPerform light office management duties, including:Ordering and maintaining office suppliesAssist with ad hoc projects and special assignments as neededHelp maintain organized digital filesAdditional duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of administrative experience, real estate industry experience a plus but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionStrong organizational and time management skillsEffective communication and teamwork skillsTrustworthy, dependable, and detail-orientedBachelor's degree a plus but not requiredEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE).
