This role focuses on optimizing processes, improving product quality, driving efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, and productionLead daily troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts within manufacturing operationsDrive cost-reduction initiatives and process improvementsOptimize production processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and outputProvide analytical support to resolve operational and manufacturing challengesEvaluate product performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategiesSupport new product development and scale-up activitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and engineeringParticipate in trials, testing, and validation of process improvementsEnsure compliance with safety standards and support a strong safety cultureReview and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferredSkills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Relocation assistance availableComprehensive benefits package
