Responsibilities
Obtain your Insurance Producer's licenses in Property & Casualty, and Life & Health
Spend 8-12 months in the Protg role (time-based upon each individual)
The program will have set sales and growth goals to keep you on track for growth
Compensated on a base plus commission structure
Work closely with the Agency Owner to gain an understanding of the Agent Ownership role
We will be providing leads to help generate sales
Immersed into the Farmer's culture and the insurance industry
Given the opportunity to work with the Agency owner and the District office to learn the recruiting process
Requirements
Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or other related fields is preferred but not required
Successfully pass a Background Check
Ability to build rapport with clients
Consultative sales approach
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Possess strong management skills
