DescriptionJob Summary:Prepares meals for residents n accordance to procedures and is responsible for quantity of food prepared and quality of finished product.Job Responsibilities:Preparing meals, snacks, and drinks for residents following menus and guidelines provided.Prepare serving area, salad bar, and dining rooms prior to meals.Record temperatures of food and equipment as required.Chart intakes in the main dining room.Clean work area and equipment; clean and sanitize dining area and kitchen after each meal; and assigned daily cleaning.Do prep assignments and re-stock items to prepare for the next meal.Following posted schedule for cleaning major equipment, work areas, and storage areas.Preparing trays for serving meals and snacks.Job Qualifications & Skills:Ability to understand and follow basic cooking directions.Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.Self motivated
