Bartender Cashier (Part-Time)

Position SummaryThe Tri-City Chili Peppers are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Bartender Cashiers to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2026 season. This role is responsible for serving beer and other approved beverages, processing guest transactions accurately, verifying age for alcohol sales, and delivering a fast, positive fan experience at Shepherd Stadium.Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet guests and provide friendly, efficient customer serviceAccurately process cashless transactions through the point-of-sale systemServe beer and other approved alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policy and Virginia ABC guidelinesCheck IDs and verify guest age before completing alcohol salesMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bartender cashier stationMonitor product levels and communicate outages or guest concerns to supervisors promptlyFollow all POS, alcohol service, food safety, and company service standardsAssist with stand setup, cleaning, and breakdown after eventsQualificationsMust be at least 18 years old to serve and sell alcoholPrevious bartender, cashier, concessions, retail, or customer service experience preferredComfort using point-of-sale systems and handling high-volume guest interactionStrong communication skills and a positive attitudeMust be dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a teamAbility to stand for extended periods in a busy environmentAbility to lift up to 25 poundsAvailability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and scheduled game days is required
