HOPCo is the managing partner of Arizona-based entities, CORE Institute, Northern Arizona Orthopedics, CORE Institute Specialty Hospital, Michigan-based CORE Institute, and Florida-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists.This role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial controls, maintaining financial accuracy, and supporting financial reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport and execute the month-end close process, including journal entries and timelinesConduct P&L analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunitiesManage and maintain fixed asset records, including tracking and depreciationPrepare and distribute financial reports in a timely and accurate mannerOversee daily cash reporting and monitor cash activityHandle credit card management, including reconciliation and expense oversightSkills and Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance requiredAt least two years’ experience in accounting or a related fieldExperience with NetSuite strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to analyze financial data and communicate insights clearlyProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementExcellent oral and written communication skillsProven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
