Job SummaryThe Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing and managing payroll data, ensuring accurate employee compensation, and maintaining compliance with applicable tax regulations. This role supports payroll operations by entering time-related data, balancing payroll runs, and addressing employee payroll inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesInput and verify data from timesheets, production records, and individual timecards into the computerized payroll systemProcess payroll accurately and in a timely mannerRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and related issuesTroubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues efficientlyMaintain payroll records in compliance with established policies and proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing or a related fieldWorking knowledge of standard payroll concepts, practices, and proceduresStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic problem-solving skills
