The Parts Clerk reports directly to the Parts Supervisor and plays a vital role ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our maintenance facility by managing aviation parts inventory. The ideal fit is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments with a focus on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting weekend operations as needed, and collaborating closely with maintenance teams.Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in-house maintenance provider for the Vista Members' fleet, which comprises an unrivalled fleet of light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft. Vista Aircraft Maintenance has multiple maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe.Parts Clerk Responsibilities:Perform receiving inspection of parts and materials to ensure conformity with FAA regulations and customer requirementsProcess core returns to vendorsEnsure conformity with FAA regulatory requirements (Calibration, certification, shelf life, parts quarantine)Thoroughly inspect tools as issued out and back to techniciansPerform regular inventory, cycle counts and maintain min/max requirementsMaintain cleanliness and organization of parts departmentFlexible schedule as required to meet the demand of the businessPull parts from inventory requested by techniciansMaintain inventory stock levels and notify materials coordinators of parts needing to be reorderedPick up and deliver parts and materials as neededQualifications:Valid Driver's License1-2 years of experience with a willingness to learnProblem Solving/AnalysisKnowledge of corporate aircraft parts preferred.
