The primary role of the Account Manager is to foster and manage the relationship with the client. The Account Manager is also responsible for advancing the utilization and operational efficiency of AirStrip systems and solutions. This entails assisting and training customers in the operation of AirStrip solutions and coordinating resources to promote clinical transformation. The Account Manager ensures the services that he/she provides contribute to the successful accomplishment of the primary mission of the solutions offered by AirStrip. The Account Manager coordinates and supports the account and project management activities required to deliver valuable relevant solutions and assists in the development of project schedules, account management and pre-sale support. The Account Manager applies defined skills in accordance with AirStrip values and goals to assure the efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high-quality service. The Account Manager must also lead/manage tasks and provide concise direction to individuals executing tasks on behalf of the AirStrip and client.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Own and foster client relationship Prevent churn of current accounts and improve client retention Upsell additional functionality and expansion of current functionality at existing client sites Expand AirStrip within the health system of existing clients Upgrade all Legacy clients to AirStrip ONE Lead new installs of AirStrip ONE supporting Project Management to include assist in setting priorities, understand the business application, and coordinate technical install meetings of all new AirStrip installations. Perform overall account management and act as an escalation point for AirStrip and the Client Interact with Sales Department (internal and partner companies) and third-party system vendors Provide pre-sale support through leveraging transformation team members and another team within AirStrip Manage installed customer base for customer satisfaction and receive customer feedback and enhancement requests. Sustain a commitment to excellent customer service and ensure clients realize the full potential of the technology as evidenced by utilization and feedback Support trade shows and company meetings as needed Manage small projects with support of PMO Demonstrate strong communication and human relationship skills Manage process and resources with excellent organizational skill Identify issues and concerns and communicate them to leadership. Develop options and recommendations to quickly resolve operational problems and questions and minimize impact on end-user productivity and overall impact to organization. Other duties as assigned.Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree required 3 years’ experience in related field Sales and Account Management experience preferred Demonstrated experience with successful interaction between customers and vendorsRequired Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Strong ability in problem solving and troubleshooting with a firm commitment to quality Proven track record of leadership ability Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments Demonstrated proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel required Ability to speak/present to groups that may include other AirStrip team members, customers, hospital leadership and physicians Familiarity with SalesForce preferableTravel RequirementsWillingness to travel with overnights, as high as 50 - 75% travel requirement to client locations and corporate offices. The salary range for applicable US-based applicants to this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location.$61,000 - $78,000 base salary plus bonus potential.
