Supervisor of Manufacturing Engineering Supervises and manages the Manufacturing Engineering department. Responsible for providing technical leadership and support to the assembly team in the assembly, testing, painting, and delivery of Embraer Executive Jets. Our team provides career support, competitive opportunities, and a streamlined hiring process.Job RequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor of Science Engineering degreeMinimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering in aircraft productionMinimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in manufacturing related engineeringTechnical understanding and application knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, assembly, tooling and tools.Knowledge of aircraft and product configuration management.Customer service skillsExperience in Aircraft assembly processExperience in utilization of Lean Concepts.Proficiency on use of MES, CATIA, SAP and Primavera Scheduling systemsStrong written and verbal communicationWork in a safe professional manner adhering to Company Standards and all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations.
