We prioritize clean ingredients and sustainability, reflecting our commitment to compassion and eco-conscious practices.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a Fragrance & Wax Compounding Technician (Master Candelier) who is part scientist, part craftsman, and entirely detail-oriented.This is a physically demanding role that requires both mental precision and physical stamina. We need someone who thinks in formulas, works with mathematical precision, and takes pride in getting it exactly right every single time. This is a job for someone who notices when a batch is off by a single gram and fixes it before anyone asks.WHAT YOU WILL DOFormula Compounding: Follow precise candle formulas by calculating, measuring, melting, and blending large batches of wax and fragrance with exact accuracy.Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality testing throughout the entire production process. Monitor and check candles to ensure they meet strict Bianchi standards before they leave your hands.Process Documentation: Monitor and log batch temperatures, pour times, and ingredient weights to ensure perfect consistency across every production run.Line Prep: Prepare wicks, containers, molds, and industrial melting equipment for daily production.Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production and melting equipment safely and efficiently.Leadership & Coaching: Train, coach, and develop Apprentice Candeliers and other production team members on proper formulation and pouring techniques.R&D Assistance: Assist in new product development by scientifically testing new scent combinations, wax formulas, and burn characteristics.Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment at all times.Team Coordination: Communicate constantly with the team to meet production schedules and tight deadlines.Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform all other manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned by management.Reports To: Director of Warehouse OperationsWHO YOU AREScience & Math Mindset: You have a strong background or natural aptitude for math and science. You understand ratios, mass/volume conversions, and percentage-based formulas, following them with zero improvisation.Physically Capable: This is a labor-intensive role. You can lift up to 75 lbs repetitively, move heavy material drums or wax blocks, and stand for up to 9 hours a day.Detail Obsessive: "Close enough" is never good enough for you.
