Python Chatbot Developer (1099 Contractor) We are seeking a contract Python developer to create and enhance conversational AI chatbots using frameworks like LangChain. This is a remote, project-based 1099 contractor position.Responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain Python-based chatbots for multiple business use cases.Integrate intelligent chatbots with upstream and downstream data and systemsEnhance natural language processing performance via frameworks like LangChainTrain chatbot models leveraging machine learning and neural networksMaintain thorough documentation of chatbot configuration, training and enhancementsWork closely with internal teams to gather requirements and share progress.Required Skills and Experience:3+ years professional experience with Python developmentStrong grasp of modern chatbot frameworks and libraries (LangChain experience a plus)Familiarity training AI models including reinforcement learning methodologiesPassion for leveraging NLP and chatbots to improve CX and EXEligibility to work in a 1099 capacity with no employer restrictionsRequired Portfolio Submission:As part of your application, please provide a portfolio with samples of previous chatbot projects you have developed.
