Bring your passion for hospitality and be part of a dynamic environment that celebrates delicious food and exceptional service.Responsibilities:Provide friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience.Take and accurately process customer orders in a timely manner.Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during brunch hours.Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.Requirements:Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Must have a valid food handler's certification.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.Team player with a strong work ethic.About Us:Rusty Hooks LLC has been serving the Southport community for 7 years, known for our fresh, locally sourced brunch offerings and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
