You help turn reflection and curiosity into clear decisions and concrete actions.The roleAct as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to leaders on people, leadership and organisational topicsSupport and drive organisational development, change and transformation initiativesWork with talent, performance, succession and capability building in close dialogue with leadersNavigate complex people situations with sound judgement, integrity and empathySupport leaders in making better decisions by connecting experience, insight and judgementYou are expected to both support and challenge leaders - offering perspective and clarity, especially in situations where the way forward is not obvious.Who you areRelevant academic background (HR, psychology, business, organisational studies or similar)Minimum 2-3 years of experience within HR or a closely related fieldStrong interest in leadership, organisational dynamics and the technology‐driven workplaceAbility to build trust‐based relationships and communicate clearly with leadersComfort working in a complex environment with shifting prioritiesCuriosity about how data can support better decisions and interest in applying AI thoughtfully in HR workYou do not need to be a technical expert - but you are curious, reflective and open to learning.How we workYou will join a team characterised by high trust, strong professionalism and real togetherness.
