Traveling Foreman - Civil ConstructionOur Civil Group is seeking an experienced Traveling Foreman to join our team. This role supports civil construction operations only and is best suited for a hands-on leader with strong field experience and the ability to self-perform work.We are an IBEW contractor; however, this is not a lineman position, and no electrical work is performed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support field crew members, including carpenters and laborers, while assisting with overall project operationsSupport site leadership in executing daily work activities safely and efficientlyAssist with project site logistics planning and work closely with the Project Manager on construction methods and sequencingCoordinate daily work plans, labor, and equipment needsDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendorsPromote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA regulationsCoordinate with supervisory staff, engineers, and inspectors to resolve construction challenges and improve work methodsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of related experience on large-scale civil, transmission, energy, or similar construction projectsProven self-perform experience in civil constructionStrong leadership and crew supervision skillsProficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plusOSHA 30-hour Card preferredIBEW membership required Additional InformationWork includes concrete flatwork for substations, drilled shafts, and general civil and infrastructure projectsEmployment is subject to the terms of the applicable Collective Bargaining AgreementAll candidates must complete a selection assessment and pre-employment drug screening EOE/AA M/F/Disabled/Vet#LI-LM1All Keeley Brands (Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration, Keeley Companies) do not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms, headhunters, or agencies.
