Job Summary
This role supports enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives through structured project management practices. The position is based locally in Southern California and requires candidates to be available for equipment pick-up at 6010B Irwindale, 6090, or General Office locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives.
Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities.
Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery.
