Property Maintenance

Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and focused Property Maintenance specialist to join our team. As a specialist solely focused on shop and nursery operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing Soho Landscape's ability to deliver quality service to clients. This person will report to work each day and carry out work at the Soho Shop, with opportunities for additional career training in the landscape industry. NOTE: THIS ROLE REQUIRES WORKING OUTSIDE IN VARIOUS CONDITIONS. THIS IS NOT AN INDOOR ROLE. Responsibilities: Performs basic maintenance to include mowing, blowing, pruning, picking up trash Organize work areas around the shop/nursery Maintain healthy, organized, and inventory-ready plant stock in the nursery. Pruning, spacing and weeding of plants in the shade house Potting of plants from smaller pots to larger pots Assist garden/landscape crews with loading and unloading Monitor nursery and shop grounds irrigation systems Manage debris and brush piles Cleaning trucks/trailers on weekly basis Conduct basic property maintenance at shop Experience: Must speak English Must be able to operate an iPhone and basic apps (FareClock & Company Cam) Drivers License Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more and be handy in general with tools, etc. Join our team as a Property Maintenance Technician and work with a variety of plants, tools and equipment while expanding your skills in the landscaping industry.
