From 2.5 KW to over 2.5 MW in electric and gaseous generators, ACF Industrial Energy provides customers with their back up power needs.What You’ll DoPerforms repairs and services on all makes and models of generator setsInspections, repairs, services, and start-up load bank test requirements on equipmentTroubleshoots equipment and services generator components including alternators, wiring harnesses, safety devices, shutdown switches, and battery systemsApplies proper engine technical skills in inspection, disassembly, failure analysis, assembly, diagnosis, and engine operating performance testsRepairs and troubleshoots engines such as Kohler, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, MTU and VolvoMaintains assigned vehicle inventory and able to travel throughout the local countiesRespond to emergency service callsWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of service experience with power generation equipmentKnowledge of power generation; light tower, pumps, heating products, and transfer switch operationsWorking knowledge of mechanical design, AC and DC circuitry, power generation, wiring schematics, and connection diagramsPreventative maintenance and service experience with ability to travel locallyValid driver's licenseBring your generator experience— Generac, Kohler, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, John Deere, MTU, and VolvoThis job is with an independent Generac distributor and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
