Marketing Lead
Lead Dog Recruiting is assisting a B2B SaaS client with a search for a Marketing Lead. This is a new created position due to growth! It's a hybrid role, in office in Long Beach, CA on Tues and Wed, working from home the other 3 days.
You will own the end-to-end growth engine for the company, with accountability for pipeline creation, revenue impact, and scalable go-to-market execution. Operating at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, you will serve as the primary owner of accelerated lead generation, nurture tactics, and campaigns across channels. You will bring a strong mix of strategic, execution, and analytics capabilities to the role, ensuring that marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes
Requirements 8-12 years of B2B SaaS marketing experince
Experince owning revenue or pipeline acceleratoin targets, with clear examples of designing, launching, measuring, and optimizing cross-channel growth motions that directly drove ARR impact.
Deep expertise in marketing automation and architecting CRM and outreach platforms for marketing motions
Strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites, including owning forms, A/B testing, and driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Demonstrated comfort and experience experimenting with AI features and tools in day-to-day marketing workflows.
Strong analytical capability, with the ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and connect marketing activity to customer acquisition/CAC, conversion rates, and ARR.
