Lead Engineer - React Architecture
Responsibilities:
Technical
1. Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable front-end architectures using React.
2. Lead front-end development teams and provide technical guidance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, services, and third-party libraries.
4. Ensure high-performance, security, accessibility, and usability.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.
Leadership
1. Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews.
2. Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements.
3. Participate in architecture discussions and decision-making.
4. Drive innovation and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
Technical
1. 8+ years of experience with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
2. Expertise in state management (Redux, MobX), UI libraries.
3. Strong understanding of front-end build tools (Webpack, Rollup).
4. Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Soft Skills
1. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
2. Leadership and mentoring experience.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $120,772.70 per year
