Role and Responsibilities: Provide tours of rental properties to prospects. Follow up by telephone and email to prospects. Assist in Leasing Events. Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc. Various data entry. Answer Phones. Property Inspections. Requirements:Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills.
