If you lead by example and thrive in a results-driven culture, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate the BDC team to meet and exceed KPIsManage inbound leads from phone, internet, CRM, service drive, referrals, and previous customer follow-upsEnsure fast, professional lead response and communicationDevelop and implement effective lead conversion strategiesTrack and improve key performance metrics: connect rate, set rate, show rate, and sold rateEnsure BDC operations are fully staffed and active Monday through SaturdayCollaborate across sales, service, and marketing departmentsDeliver clear and consistent daily/weekly reporting to executive leadershipPromote a culture of accountability and a growth-focused mindsetRequired Experience & SkillsProven leadership experience in a BDC or automotive internet sales environmentProficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platformsStrong team-building, coaching, and performance management skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivatedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead by example and hold others to high standardsCompensation & BenefitsSalary DOE: $80,000–$120,000 annuallyAnnual Growth Bonus:10% increase in annual unit volume = $5,000 bonus20% increase = $10,000 bonusComprehensive benefits package:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off401(k) with company matchSelf-Development Perks:Company-paid attendance to one annual seminar or growth eventGrowth Bonus for each business or leadership book completed and reviewedOngoing training and development supportPotential demo vehicle based on performance and role alignmentOur CultureAt AutoMaxx of Aberdeen, we invest in people.
