Job DescriptionLanceSoft is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a travel job in Bemidji, Minnesota.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Long Term CareDiscipline: LPN / LVNStart Date: 05/18/2026Duration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 12 hours, daysEmployment Type: TravelShift DetailsShift Type: Day shiftShift Length: 8 or 12 hoursWeekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteedSchedule:Every other weekend requiredSome holidays (about half)No on-call or callback dutiesKey Responsibilities (LTC/SNF Setting)Provide direct patient care to residents (mostly elderly, chronic conditions)Administer medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor and record vital signs & patient statusAssist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility support)Perform wound care and basic nursing proceduresDocument care using EMR systems (Matrix/EPIC)Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care teamRespond to changes in patient condition or emergenciesSupervise/support CNAs or nursing aidesEnsure patient safety and comfort at all timesBasic Requirements\nLicense: Active LPN/LVN license (required to submit)\nExperience: Minimum 1 year (LTC/SNF experience preferred)\nCertification: BLS (Basic Life Support) requiredAbout LanceSoftEstablished in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
