The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of Public Accounting experience.I'm also searching for Audit Seniors, Tax Managers, Tax Seniors, and a Sr. Tax Manager - If you're looking for something new, please send and updated resume and a good time to chat to victoria.patel@cybercoders.com.What You Will Be DoingPlan and execute public audit engagements, including reviewing workpapers, identifying potential issues, and communicating findings to clientsSupervise a team of auditors and provide guidance and training as neededMonitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to public accounting and auditingDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer servicePrepare and present audit reports to senior management and board of directorsIdentify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changesKeep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulationsWhat You Need for this PositionBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designationMinimum of 5 years of experience in public accountingPrevious experience managing a team of auditorsStrong knowledge of auditing practices and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects
