DescriptionA regional, full-service law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Seattle, WA. The firm is known for collaboration across offices, workplace wellness initiatives, and top-tier training programs.This firm offers competitive compensation, hybrid flexibility after onboarding, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits.Key Responsibilities Include:+ Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and appeal+ Draft and prepare legal documents (pleadings, motions, discovery)+ Develop case fact background and gather evidence+ Organize and maintain case files and document productions (physical and electronic)+ Manage and coordinate discovery processes, including e-discovery, privilege logs, and productions+ Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances; coordinate with clients and opposing counsel+ Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness files, and courtroom presentationsSalary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000.
