This FP&A Associate role offers exposure to senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to improve financial systems and automation in a growth-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting activities across multiple business functionsBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, operational trends, and strategic initiativesAnalyze monthly financial results and prepare management reporting with clear variance analysis and actionable insightsPartner with department leaders to monitor budgets, KPIs, and overall financial performanceConduct detailed analysis on revenue and expense drivers to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvementCollaborate with Accounting to ensure data accuracy and support month-end close activitiesContribute to automation initiatives that improve forecasting, reporting, and financial infrastructure processesAssist with ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and executive-level presentations as business needs evolveQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysisExperience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or operationally complex environmentsStrong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholdersExposure to large data sets, reporting platforms, SQL, or BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma is a plus
