Sales & Operations Executive – IT, Cybersecurity & Digital Consulting

About the RoleValue Driven IT Solutions (VDITS) is a global IT, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, and Cost Optimization consulting firm serving enterprise clients across the United States and GCC region.As we expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a Sales & Operations Executive based in Ohio to support business growth, strengthen our sales pipeline, and bring operational structure to our expanding client base.This is a high-impact, client-facing role working closely with executive leadership. The position blends business development, sales coordination, and operational execution, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring efficient deal progression.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client EngagementDrive outbound prospecting across the US market (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold/warm calls) Identify and research target enterprise accounts across key industries (Energy, Manufacturing, Financial Services, etc.) Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, client meetings, and solution presentations Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects, clients, and partners Support expansion of partner/vendor relationships within the US ecosystem Sales Pipeline Management & OperationsMaintain CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar) with strong pipeline discipline Track opportunities, proposals, and deal lifecycle progression Ensure timely movement of leads across all sales stages Support preparation of proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and capability decks Generate pipeline reports and sales performance insights Executive & Operational SupportCoordinate leadership calendar, meetings, and client communications Act as a liaison between sales, technical, and delivery teams Maintain structured documentation, reporting, and internal coordination Support ongoing business operations and client engagement tracking Assist in setting up US sales processes, playbooks, and workflows Qualifications & Experience2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or sales operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage US-based enterprise clients Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and client relationship management Self-driven with ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently Highly organized with strong attention to detail Preferred:Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital transformation Familiarity with US enterprise buying cycles and procurement processes Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Exposure to RFP/RFQ processes and proposal development Location & Work Model📍 Ohio, USA (Cleveland preferred) Hybrid / Remote flexibility with occasional in-person meetings Why Join VDITSWork directly with senior leadership on US market expansion Opportunity to build and shape the US sales function from the ground up Exposure to enterprise clients across the US and GCC Fast-track growth into Business Development Manager / Account Manager roles Performance-driven environment with strong learning and earning potential Compensation·      Competitive compensation models available.
