Lineman- Week Night

We are currently seeking a Finished Goods Handler (Lineman) to join our Broadway facility in Hanover, PA.This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping production moving efficiently by supporting packaging operations, inventory movement, and trailer coordination. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, staying active throughout your shift, and being part of a team that keeps products moving from production to warehouse, this could be a great fit for you.Shift: Week Night Shift: Sunday- Wednesday 5:25 PM - 5:25 AMResponsibilitiesMove finished product throughout the facility and warehouse areasPull orders and assist with loading trailers for shipmentCoordinate trailer movement with local and surrounding facilitiesPack products into cartons, cans, and specialized containersDeliver materials and supplies to production lines as neededPlace cardboard skids at packing stations and work areasTransport packed product to warehouse locations using hand jacksScan finished products into inventory using scanning equipmentRecord waste and production information at the end of each shiftSet up and operate barrel labeling equipmentSupport production operations and assist with additional tasks as assignedFollow all safety standards and immediately report safety concernsRequirementsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to work independently and stay organized throughout the shiftComfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 80 lbs regularlyWillingness to learn equipment, inventory systems, and production processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety and qualityFlexibility to support operational needs and changing prioritiesPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, or production experience is a plus, but not requiredOur Recruitment ProcessEasy Application (5 mins): Introduce yourself and answer a few key questions to get started.Engaging Chat Interview (20-25 mins): Share your experiences in an online chat, highlighting how your values align with ours.Live Interview: Selected candidates will meet with the hiring manager to explore their alignment with the team and overall Utz company culture.Continuously Pursuing Excellence!Here at Utz, we have a passion for exciting and delighting consumers with delicious snack foods made from high quality ingredients.
