Job Description ob Description: The Fleet & Safety Coordinator is a key position responsible for overseeing All Terrain Landscape Creations fleet of vehicles, equipment and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, safety and compliance with state and federal regulations. Support for construction and maintenance teams. Job Summary: The 3 R'sRole:· Fleet & Safety CoordinatorResponsibility:· Vehicle and Tool Management: Maintenance, procurement and replacement.· Heavy Equipment Training and Operation. Skid steer, Flat bed, Trucks with Trailers.· Maintenance Oversight: Vehicles are regularly serviced.· Driver Management: Location & Tracking.· Quality Control: Inspect job sites for quality of work.· Compliance & Safety: Up to date on OSHA safety regulations, and relevant laws and regulations regarding vehicles and safety.· Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling costs associated with vehicles and tools.· Reporting & Documentation: · Direct Support For Construction and Maintenance Teams.Result:· The fleet coordinator's role is multifaceted, direct support for construction and maintenance, encompassing vehicle management, tool maintenance and repair, driver management, compliance, cost management, and strategic planning. Coordination of all equipment, tools and vehicles is essential for the smooth operation of All Terrain Landscape Creations. Metrics to Measure Results:Success in this position will be measured by:· Efficiency. – Accurate oversight of tool repairs, maintenance and vehicle maintenance to minimize downtime.· Quality – Performance of equipment and tools. Support for construction and maintenance.· Organization – Maintain all tool and vehicle information and inspection records.· Safety and Equipment Repair. Lost Hours/Days due to injury or damage, Overview of Responsibilities: 1.
