This role will help develop a practice in SW Idaho (Boise, Nampa, & Twin Falls) in a variety of specialties, using medication management, psychotherapy methods, Ketamine Therapy, and Suboxone Treatment.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain complete record of patients’ health care plan and prognoses;Provide patients with information needed to promote health, reduce risk factors, or prevent disease and ailments;Develop and communicate treatment plans and standards of care;Analyze patient history and make recommendations with or in conjunction with other health care providers;Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and efficacy;Stay current on research, credentials, medical terminology, and other job related factors;Required SkillsActive Nurse Practitioner with experience or focus in Psychiatric or Mental Health;Licensed or able to be licensed upon hire in the state of IdahoExcellent written and verbal communication skills that balances compassion and care with clarity and wellness;Bilingual in Spanish and English considered a plus;Comfortable prescribing medication for anxiety and depression when clinically appropriate;Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.BenefitsCompetitive salary with bonus incentives available;Retention bonusFull array of benefits (insurance products, 401k);Relocation assistance;Malpractice insurance coverage provided;Flexible schedule;Continuing Medication Education, and more!Powered by JazzHR
