Our Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit is a 20-bed unit with a 6:1 nurse to patient ratio and a team nursing model. We are supported by an engaged, compassionate interdisciplinary team focused on high quality outcomes, meaningful patient interaction, and a therapeutic environment with exceptionally low use of restraints.Job Description:The Registered Nurse (RN) in Adult Inpatient Psychiatry provides direct and indirect psychiatric nursing care to adult patients and their families. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
